Today we will do our first daily examen of this season. To understand more about this read this article and answer the following questions:

Remembering that we are in God’s presence together, you are encouraged to invite the Lord to guide your reflection on the past day – taking time to attend to what comes to mind.

1. For what moment today am I most grateful? (or What did you feel good about today?) Describe the situation. Is there something that you would like to say to God about it now?

2. For what moment today am I least grateful? (or When did you feel sad, helpless or angry today?) Describe the situation. Ask God now to be present to you as you recall it. Is there anything you sense God saying to you? Is there anything you would like to say to God?
