Aware that we are always in God's presence, take a moment to invite the Lord to guide your reflection on the past day. With an open heart, attentively review your experiences, seek to discern God’s will, deepen your awareness of His love, and recognize opportunities for renewal.

  • Give Thanks – Express gratitude for God’s presence and blessings throughout the day.
  • Pray for Light – Ask the Holy Spirit to illuminate your reflection and guide your understanding.
  • Review – Gently walk through the events of your day, noticing where God was moving.
  • Repent – Acknowledge where you may have fallen short and seek God’s mercy.
  • Renew – Look ahead with hope, asking for grace to live more fully in God’s presence tomorrow
