There is a pleasure in the pathless woods,There is a rapture on the lonely shore,There is society, where none intrudes,By the deep sea, and music in its roar:I love not man the less, but nature more

Prayer
Ask and Reflect
O God, the King eternal, who dividest the day from the
night and turnest the shadow of death into the morning: Drive far from us all wrong desires, incline our hearts to keep thy law, and guide our feet into the way of peace; that, having done thy will with cheerfulness while it was day, we may, when the night cometh, rejoice to give thee thanks; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Active Reflection
Take Action
Take a peaceful moment to reflect on your day or week. Open your palms and invite the Holy Spirit to reveal the moment you're least grateful for. What made it challenging? Allow yourself to fully experience your feelings without trying to alter or judge them. Present them and speak to God about them. Where was God in that moment? You may want to express your gratitude to God for always being present and ready to connect with you.
